Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

At Prime Threads, all items are made to order and often customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we maintain the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

1. All Sales Are Final (Custom Products)

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

* All sales are final
* We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom items

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Incorrect size selection
* Change of mind after purchase
* Design, color, or placement preferences
* Minor variations in print, embroidery, or garment color

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Order Cancellation (24-Hour Window)

We understand that plans can change.

* Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
* After 24 hours, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded

3. Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility

If a design proof is provided before production:

* You are responsible for reviewing all details carefully
* This includes spelling, layout, sizing, colors, and placement

Once a proof is approved:

* Prime Threads is not responsible for any errors that were approved
* No refunds or replacements will be issued for approved designs

4. Defects or Errors on Our End

If there is an issue caused by us, we will take responsibility.

You may qualify for a replacement or refund if:

* The item is defective
* The item is damaged upon arrival
* The item received does not match the approved design or order details

To request a resolution:

* Contact us within 3 days of delivery
* Provide clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:

* Replace the item at no cost, or
* Issue a refund, at our discretion

5. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Prime Threads is not responsible for:

* Shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
* Lost or delayed packages once they are in transit
* Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Prime Threads first to resolve any issue.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to provide this policy, order details, and proof approvals to financial institutions to dispute such claims.
