All items are made to order.

* Larger or custom bulk orders may take longer, depending on quantity and complexity

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once your order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

After your order is completed, it will be shipped using a reliable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

* Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
* Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

* Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
* Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

* Destination
* Selected shipping method

We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.

4. Local Pickup / Local Delivery (Optional)

If you are located near Cincinnati, Ohio, we may offer:

* Local pickup
* Local delivery (for select orders)

Details and availability will be provided at checkout or upon request.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

* If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
* If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Prime Threads is not responsible for:

* Lost or stolen packages
* Carrier delays
* Delivery errors made by the shipping company

If an issue occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

* Provide photos of the packaging and item

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
